Home Care Package (HCP)
Government-Funded Home Care Package (HCP)
With Government-Funded Home Care Packages (HCP), people can receive the support necessary to maintain independence in their homes and communities. With a focus on holistic care, we aim to empower our patients to live fulfilling lives while remaining in familiar surroundings.
What Are Government Home Care Packages?
A Home Care Package is a Government-funded program designed to facilitate comfortable living at home for older Australians and those with disabilities or care needs. The program has 4 levels that cover different areas where people may need help, like personal care, nursing, transport, home modification, allied health and therapy services and more.
With this funding, people can improve their quality of life and get help with daily tasks through personalised care and support.

What our clients are saying
Allied Health Services for NDIS and Aged Care Coordinators
In addition to serving individual clients, we also work closely with support coordinators and service coordinators in the NDIS and aged care sectors. We understand the unique challenges coordinators face in sourcing appropriate services for their clients. That’s why we provide our mobile allied health services and support to help them find the right solutions that meet the needs of aged care residents and NDIS participants.
Referring to Clients as a Healthcare Professional
Home Care Package V/S Commonwealth Home Support Programm
While both programs’ goal is to support individuals to live independently at home, there are significant variations in the level of support provided.
The Home Care Package offers 4 different levels of funding, catering to people with varying care needs. In contrast, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is not designed for those requiring intensive or complex care. People with higher needs can seek appropriate support through other aged care programs like the HCP or residential aged care.
