Managing Director & Co-Founder of Healthproof

Corey Biczo is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Healthproof, where he sets the clinical vision and long-term direction for the business. With 12 years in the industry, Corey is known for the firsthand understanding of healthcare’s gaps he formed early as a physiotherapist across private practice, elite sport, and aged care. That early experience gave him a clear view of how many people who genuinely needed care were being left behind by conventional service models, unable to reach the clinicians and support they needed, and it’s the insight that ultimately led him to found Healthproof.

Since founding the business in 2019, Corey has grown Healthproof into one of the leading mobile allied health providers in the country, expanding the business into NDIS, aged care, private, and community settings, and building a multidisciplinary team that now spans six clinical specialties. He built the company’s clinical governance framework from the ground up, and continues to shape the standards, systems, and clinical direction the organisation has scaled around, always with a focus on where the greatest need exists and how Healthproof is positioned to meet it.

Corey’s leadership is evident in every part of the business, from the services Healthproof offers to the standard its clinicians are held to, and he continues to shape the organisation’s direction as it evolves to meet the growing demand for accessible care across the communities Healthproof serves. His contribution to the sector has been recognised nationally, including as a finalist in the 2024 Telstra Best of Business Awards and the Sydney Young Entrepreneur Awards in 2022 and 2023. Under his leadership, Healthproof continues to set the benchmark for what allied health care in Australia should look like.
