Your own resource budget. A caseload mix based on your preference. Supervision that actually develops you. This is what working in speech should feel like.
Why Healthproof
Too many speech pathologists have spent their own money on resources, absorbed KPI pressure they were never warned about, and felt completely alone when things got hard. At Healthproof, we’ve thought carefully about what speech pathologists actually need and built the role around it — a personal resource budget so you’re never out of pocket, no billable KPIs, structured fortnightly supervision with your team leader, and a caseload mix of adult and paediatric clients based on your preference.
This is speech pathology built around you.
Built around what clinicians actually need
Resources coming out of your own pocket
We provide a personal toy and resource budget. You shouldn’t be spending your own money to do your job properly. Your resources are covered.
No one in your corner
At Healthproof, your team leader is your advocate, not a KPI enforcer. Fortnightly structured supervision is built into your working week, and day-to-day support from your TL and peers is always available. You’re not navigating complex cases on your own.
Structured support from day one and beyond
Your first weeks aren’t a trial by fire. We run an extensive shadowing and induction period before you see clients independently. After induction, fortnightly 1:1 supervision is built into your schedule and stays consistent.
Stuck in a silo
Your caseload reflects your preference. If you want a mixed adult and paediatric caseload, you’ll have one. If you want to specialise in one direction over time, we’ll build toward that. You’re not locked into a silo.
Real autonomy and flexibility
Flexible start and finish times, WFH days built in for documentation, input on your caseload mix. Your schedule is built with you. You are treated like a professional who can manage their own work, because you are.
A career path that actually goes somewhere
A defined pathway: Graduate to Clinician to Senior to Team Leader to Area Manager. Annual salary reviews, a $2,000 CPD allowance, and 3 paid study days mean your development is taken seriously.
No KPIs
No billable targets for clinicians. Full stop. You’re here to deliver good clinical outcomes, not to hit a session count that has nothing to do with the quality of your work.
Admin, scheduling and school access support
Dedicated admin and scheduling support means your documentation time is protected. School access support is provided for those working in education settings. You’re not navigating school systems or admin logistics on your own.
