Do I need NDIS experience to work at Healthproof?
No. We provide a comprehensive induction and shadowing period so you can build confidence with NDIS and community-based work from day one. What matters most is your clinical foundation and your desire to grow.
What does supervision look like at Healthproof?
Every clinician has 1:1 supervision with their team leader built into their schedule — not an afterthought. You also have access to senior clinicians and team leaders throughout the week for anything that comes up.
Is there a clear career pathway at Healthproof?
Yes. Our pathway is: Graduate → Associate → Clinician → Senior → Team Leader → Area Manager. Progression is based on your development, not just years of service.
What is the CPD allowance at Healthproof?
All clinicians receive a $2,000 CPD allowance plus 3 days of paid study leave per year.
How does the hybrid working model work?
You’ll do community visits with clients and use WFH documentation days for your admin. Geographic zoning means your clients are grouped by location — minimising travel time.
Are there billable KPI targets at Healthproof?
No. We don’t set billable KPIs. You’re measured on the quality of your clinical work and the outcomes you achieve for your clients — not the number of sessions you bill.
How quickly will I hear back after I apply?
We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your application. Our recruitment process is: Application → Phone call → Interview → Reference checks → Offer.
Does Healthproof offer a referral bonus?
Yes — $500 for every clinician you refer who joins the team.
